It Ends With Us

by Colleen Hoover

Star Rating 5/5

Wow Wow Wow! That is all I can write about this book. I’ve read a few of Colleen Hoover other books and really enjoyed them. But this one just blew the rest out of the water I’m afraid! Absolutely loved it!

The book is about Lily Bloom who has always wanted to open a Florist shop (yes! I know!) which she eventually does once moving to Boston. But before this she meets the gorgeous Dr Ryle Kincaid (who seems to live in scrubs for most of the book!). Ryle is blunt, to the point, loveable but also as a dark secret.

The love triangle comes in, when Atlas Corrigan, Lily’s first love appears on the scene. Ryle is not all what he appears to be which puts Lily in a precarious situation. She has seen what Ryle could become in her own father and so she is caught between staying or leaving him for good.

As with all Colleen’s books, the characters are well written, the story easy to follow and flows without a glitch. Yes, there is some disturbing stuff in this book which readers may find uncomfortable but it also demonstrated that sometimes you have to be strong and this is what Lily’s character portrayed fantastically.

I am so looking forward to her follow up book about Atlas. I loved him.

I can certainly see why this has so many high ratings on Amazon, Good Reads, Waterstones etc etc. Being on bestseller charts for weeks.

Go read it. Its fab!
